Delete your account

Enter the email address on your Align Life account. We will send a six-digit code to confirm it's you, then schedule your account for deletion.

If an account exists for that email, a code is on its way. Enter it above within 10 minutes.

That didn't work. Check the code and try again, or request a new one.

What happens next

1. Your account is scheduled for deletion with a 30-day grace period.
2. If you change your mind, simply sign back in to the app within 30 days — that cancels the deletion and restores everything.
3. After 30 days, your data is permanently erased: your profile, answers, replies, tasks, goals, expenses, calendar events, habits, all cycle and wellness data, notification logs, verification codes, and push tokens.
4. Content you created is also removed from your partner's shared space. Your partner keeps only what they themselves created.
5. Copies in encrypted backups expire within 30 days of erasure.

From inside the app

1. Open Settings.
2. Choose Account, then Delete account.
3. Confirm. The same 30-day grace period and erasure apply.
