Delete your account

Delete from this page

Enter the email address on your Align Life account. We will send a six-digit code to confirm it's you, then schedule your account for deletion.

If an account exists for that email, a code is on its way. Enter it above within 10 minutes.

That didn't work. Check the code and try again, or request a new one.

What happens next

1. Your account is scheduled for deletion with a 30-day grace period. It keeps working normally throughout — we don't lock you out while you think.
2. If you change your mind, sign back in to the app within 30 days, or tap "Keep my account" on the notice at the top of Home. Either cancels it.
3. If you share a space, your partner is told when the clock starts and again when it runs out, so they can save a copy of the shared records.
4. After 30 days your data is erased: your profile, answers and replies, cycle and wellness data, routine history, milestones, notification logs, verification codes and push tokens — along with everything you contributed to the shared space.
5. Your shared space is not deleted out from under your partner. It becomes a read-only archive they keep for as long as they want it.
6. Copies in encrypted backups expire within 30 days of erasure.

From inside the app

1. Open Settings.
2. Choose Leave or delete. You can leave the shared space without closing your account, or delete the account itself.
3. Confirm. The same 30-day grace period and erasure apply.
