Enter the email address on your Align Life account. We will send a six-digit code to confirm it's you, then download a file with everything in your space.
If an account exists for that email, a code is on its way. Enter it above within 10 minutes.

What's in the file
A single align-life-export.json holding:
- Your profile — name, email, timezone and settings. Never your password.
- Your own answers to the daily question, your cycle history, routine logs and milestones.
- Your shared space — tasks, goals and contributions, expenses, recurring payments, budgets, monthly summaries, calendar events, routines and wishlist.
It is a plain text file in JSON, a structured machine-readable format you can open in any text editor or load into another tool.
Why we ask for a code
The file holds everything in your space, so we confirm the request came from the person who owns the account. The code goes to your email address and is valid for ten minutes.
We built this to work without the app on purpose — a lost phone or a forgotten password is exactly when people need their records most.
